I really have not posted yet, and am going to start now.
We are on Weight Watchers and have been for 9 weeks. We do not think of it as a diet, but a great change in our lifestyle. I have lost 19.6 pounds so far.
We have tried to find some yummy low point snacks.
1. Laughing cow cheese is very good, and with some rice crackers makes a great low point snack.
2. Weight Watchers makes a ice cream bar that is very good. To me it tastes like a snickers bar frozen.
3. Wonton or Egg Roll wrappers with some veggies and a tiny piece of laughing cow cheese, baked for a few minutes. This is my favorite snack and very low in points.
4. Hormel chili on a low fat tortilla baked for a few minutes is great.
